Renaldi's Pizza has been a staple restaurant of the Lincoln Park / Lakeview area on the North Side of Chicago for over 40 years. The Client recently desired a renovation of the main dining area. The 1,200sf renovation of the main dining and open kitchen area was required to combine the elements of modern interior restaurant design while simultaneously keeping to its proud Italian roots.

This infusion of these two time periods is clearly evident in the interior design as the warm color palette of traditional stone arches and wood wainscot walls provide the base for the monumental curved soffit that hovers over the entire main dining area, purposefully protecting tradition with its own bold originality.
