Project Description: The 'Inner City Muslim Action Network' (IMAN) Clinic will open in 2020 as a 3,400 square foot expansion of an existing South Side Health Clinic in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood. IMAN models an integrative approach that employs holistic interventions to address a spectrum of structural and systemic injustices impeding a dignified quality of life for people in marginalized communities. The Clinic expansion will provide multiple Exam and Lab Rooms, as well as a Conference Room in order to serve its surrounding Community.
